Oh what a month! Busiest month of the year and I managed to work out more than ever! I'm proud that I met my goals!
I ran 100 miles in December!
I ran a cross country 5K race!
I ran 11 miles to say good-bye to 2011.
I increased my speed on my short runs to a consistent 10 minute mile.
I continued with my Y workouts:
I went to boot camp 2 times.
I went to power hour 4 times.
I went to core and more 4 times.
I went to total body blast 1 time.
I did yoga 3 times.
I am seeing changes and I will continue this in 2012!
