Fit and INstaFriday!

Wednesday I went to my new usual mix of power hour and core and more. I'm loving this combo and I'm totally seeing differences in my body so it is so worth it!
Thursday morning I ran a 5K and I hope to run another today.
I've been signing up for and checking out many more races to come for this year. 2012...my year of STRONG! I love the beginning of a new year...so many possibilities...Bring on the STRONG!

Alex and I had a breakfast date last Saturday...it helped my carbo loading before my half. I had chocolate chip pancakes and he had french toast.
