From 6 weeks to probably about 5 years old Alex was my running buddy! He usually loved our runs together. Once he was old enough he'd snack and we would sing songs or read books together. And sometimes he would fall asleep.
Seriously got chocked up about this!! Em has been my trusty running partner and it makes me sad thinking those days are numbered! I used to love when she fell asleep and I could see her little feet bouncing up and down!!
Oh my goodness that is so cute! I love that you all had such a special time with each other and I totally understand why you miss it. maybe one of these days he will be running with you instead!
