last of Christmas

our last stop on Christmas Day is to Dan's parents house. They aren't really into taking photos so I don't have a lot to share, but we open gifts and hang out for a little while dinner is finishing up and then we eat with them.

Again, I love how patient Alex was while others opened gifts. It was the best thing watching him enjoying what others were opening.



We took our tree down on Sunday and this was the first year in a long time that I wasn't happy to see it go. The Christmas season is so fast and stressful. When it is over it is a let down. But, good thing for us Alex's Birthday is this month so I need to get working on that!
