not so fit and INstaFriday

so...a whole week and all I've got to show for it is a 5 mile run!
Sunday I ran hoping for 8 miles, but my stomach was giving me problems and the roads were icy so I packed it in at 5. The rest of the day I felt ill and by Monday I had the full body ick, chills, sinus pressure...everything! So, I went to the doctor and spent two days in bed. Thursday I had to go back to work and felt slightly better. Here's hoping I'm on the mend. I need to get some workouts in! I haven't gone this long without exercise in a REALLY long time. My restless leg syndrome is acting up...it's awful! I think it is managed with all the exercise I do. I hope I can make up for this sick week next week.

On Friday before his basketball game and then party Alex curled up on the couch and took a little nap.


Alex had a bowling/pizza/slumber party and the next morning I made fruit salad and we had donuts.

Alex had his first indoor soccer game and they WON!! :)
